Warehouse Order Selector - Second Shift

Role Overview: Responsible for selecting products from warehouse racks to fulfill customer orders, assembling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping items. Operates powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and works in various temperature zones, including refrigerated and frozen areas. Key Responsibilities Locate and lift cases, boxes, and pallets of diverse grocery and produce products.Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, conduct equipment inspections.Report damages, quality issues, and stock shortages.Apply proper wrapping techniques to prevent product damages.Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment preferred.Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to meet production standards.Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, crouching, and reaching.Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently handle physical tasks, work in moderate to high noise levels, and adapt to varying temperatures. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.
