About the role
A Warehouse Selector picks, gathers, and organizes products to prepare orders for delivery, supporting local communities by ensuring accurate and safe handling of goods. Work environment includes grocery, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
Responsibilities
- Using order sheets or audio headsets to select items
- Stacking products on pallets for loading
- Operating equipment like double walkie-rider or electric pallet jacks
- Applying labels, wrapping products securely, and inspecting equipment
- Following safety procedures and performing safe lifting techniques
- Communicating discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, bend, lift (1-60 lbs.), walk up to 12 miles daily, and handle sharp tools safely
- Comfort with working in various temperature environments
Skills
