Warehouse Order Picking and Packing - Second Shift

About the role

As a Warehouse or Pick and Pack Selector, your primary responsibilities include accurately selecting, gathering, and organizing products for delivery or shipment, ensuring safety standards are met. Ideal candidates are upbeat, active, and interested in maintaining fitness while earning above-average income. This role involves light distribution in a friendly environment with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using order sheets or audio headsets with accuracy
• Ensuring order accuracy and adhering to safety protocols
• Reporting discrepancies and performing equipment inspections
• Frequent safe lifting and handling of products weighing 1-60+ lbs
• Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, and walking extensively during shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must be able to follow safety procedures, lift safely, and work in various temperature environments

Pay & benefits

• Starting pay at $20.50/hr after training, increasing to $21/hr plus incentives
• Full-time, second shift with weekly pay
