Warehouse Order Picker

Overview

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and our customers. We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse, reporting to the Operations Manager.

About This Position

This is a first shift position with standard, regular hours and no weekend schedules. The shift will be: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm OR Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (depending on which department). This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day. The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Picking/packing experience in a warehouse.

Wage Rate: $17.00/hour. Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels. Weekly pay, every Thursday.
