Pay
Starting at $21.95 + $1.00 2nd shift premium. Earn two pay raises in your first year and bonus incentives per hour for speed and efficiency. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary.
Schedule
Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off. Starting between 7:50 PM until finish (shifts vary based on work volume). Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

About the role
Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in our freezer. No experience is required—we train you with our dedicated training team.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Steady work history
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions)
- Successfully pass a drug test and background check
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required
