Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of Service orders supporting field operations and customers.

The work model for the role is: Onsite.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for service orders, and shipping.
• Sort, organize, and help store inventory in designated warehouse locations in accordance with established guidelines.
• Perform material handling activities including transporting boxes, pallets, and components throughout the warehouse.
• Execute picking transactions using WMS/SAP systems, including using order confirmations sheets.
• Ensure all materials are picked, verified, and packed according to ABB standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift experience preferred, if applicable)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to required weight limits up to and including 25- 50 lbs

Pay

The expected annual salary for this position is between $42,700 and $68,320.
