WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our award-winning team. The primary function of this role is to accurately and efficiently ship product to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production job ticket and fulfillment pick lists
• Run forklifts, man-up order pickers, and riding pallet jacks
• Count and fill orders accurately
• Pack orders made up of multiple items into boxes
• Assist in the implementation of ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Assure that all safety procedures and policies are followed
• Keep work areas clean

Requirements

• One year experience in warehouse pick/pack
• Good keyboard and computer skills
• Experience operating forklifts, man-up order pickers and riding pallet jacks
• Strong counting and reading ability
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• General knowledge of shipping carriers and services
• Delivery experience a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Works well independently as well as in a team environment

Qualifications

Physical requirements include constant standing and/or walking, frequently lifting up to 20 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, occasionally bending, squatting or kneeling, and being comfortable with heights up to five racks.
