We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Frankfort, KY.
About the role
- Champion Workplace Safety by actively identifying and reporting hazards, injuries, and unsafe conditions, helping foster a culture of safety and accountability while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

- Optimize Operational Efficiency by accurately and efficiently receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping goods, contributing to streamlined logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen Team Collaboration through effective communication and participation in continuous improvement initiatives, building a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Support Continuous Learning and Development by engaging in training and development activities to stay current with business needs and contribute to a culture of growth.
- Maintain Operational Readiness through routine housekeeping, equipment care, and flexibility in task execution, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive workspace.

- High school diploma or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations.
- Some work experience or intermediate knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Complete rework from all brake lines as required.
- Able to stand for 8 hours and lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) certification and ability to safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
