Warehouse Operations Technician 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) that consistently meet or exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure the workload is distributed properly and evenly by managing the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve issues with daily orders.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Pay

$22.00 per hour.

Schedule

First Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
