Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Mid Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily activities such as inventory management, shipping/receiving, and material handling. Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor work to ensure productivity and efficiency. Manage operational budgets and meet customer requirements.
• Training & Compliance: Ensure staff complete necessary training (e.g., OSHA compliance). Maintain records for audits (OSHA, customer, and others).
• Customer Satisfaction: Understand customer expectations to meet or exceed satisfaction levels. Address and resolve customer complaints, both verbal and written.
• Team Leadership: Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company plans. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Maintain timekeeping records and manage payroll inputs for hourly staff. Handle disciplinary actions when needed, adhering to company policies.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety standards and report non-compliance. Manage workplace accidents, including reporting, investigations, and injury management. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following legal regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain, general business-related field is preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role in a distribution, 3PL, or warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and WMS software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the 3PL industry is strongly preferred.
• Food-grade warehousing experience.
• Experience with timekeeping systems, particularly ADP E-Time.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 annually with a performance-based bonus, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
