Mid Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain manpower for operations
• Print and organize paperwork for truck selection and loading
• Maintain shift productivity and make adjustments as necessary
• Print invoices and reports for the shift
• Monitor employee breaks and enforce safety regulations
• Ensure load accuracy and minimize product breakage
• Contribute to process improvements
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly daily
• Aid in training and onboarding new employees

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead by example
• Collaborative with internal customers and comfortable with change
• Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop a diverse group of employees
• Experience leading within a union environment
• Physical demands: occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, standing/walking throughout the workday, considerable mental concentration
