Warehouse Operations - Savannah

Primary Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory control
• Coinciding product movement for fuel, lubricants, DEF, and packaged goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing routine cycle counts
• Supporting tank assembly, maintenance, organization, and yard operations
• Coinciding with dispatch and management to align warehouse operations with delivery schedules
• Aiding with oil and DEF deliveries when required
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization of all warehouse and yard areas
• Supporting customer service needs and order fulfillment
• Aiding in operational coverage during team absences or peak demand periods

Requirements & Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or operations leadership experience
• Forklift experience
• Understanding of inventory management processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• ERP or warehouse management system experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Willingness to perform hands-on operational work

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Indoor and outdoor environments
• Standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods
• Exposure to warehouse, yard, and weather conditions
