Primary Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory control
- Coinciding product movement for fuel, lubricants, DEF, and packaged goods
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing routine cycle counts
- Supporting tank assembly, maintenance, organization, and yard operations
- Coinciding with dispatch and management to align warehouse operations with delivery schedules
- Aiding with oil and DEF deliveries when required
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization of all warehouse and yard areas
- Supporting customer service needs and order fulfillment
- Aiding in operational coverage during team absences or peak demand periods
Requirements & Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or operations leadership experience
- Forklift experience
- Understanding of inventory management processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- ERP or warehouse management system experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to perform hands-on operational work
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Indoor and outdoor environments
- Standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods
- Exposure to warehouse, yard, and weather conditions
