Responsibilities
- Support individuals in daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Facilitate social interactions and community integration through organized activities and outings.
- Assist with educational and vocational training programs tailored to each individual's needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily activities and progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and criminal history review.
- Compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding the care of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay
