About the role
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. This role is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting customer demands and company goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Experience with warehouse automation technologies and equipment.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
