We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Sections:
- About the role: maybe from "Who Are We?" and "What We Offer"? Actually "About the role" could be job summary. We have "Job Summary" describing MIT program. Also "Who Are We?" is company description. Could be part of About the role? The instruction: use

Sections:
- About the role: maybe from "Who Are We?" and "What We Offer"? Actually "About the role" could be job summary. We have "Job Summary" describing MIT program. Also "Who Are We?" is company description. Could be part of About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- About the role: could include company description and job summary. We'll include a paragraph summarizing who we are and job summary.
- Responsibilities: from "What You Will Do" bullet list.
- Requirements: from "What We Are Looking For" includes degree, GPA, work experience, etc.
- Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can separate: Qualifications could be education, GPA, etc. Skills could be specific abilities: leadership, travel, machinery, bilingual, MS Office, etc.
- Benefits: from "What We Offer" includes benefits package list, plus later benefits description.
- Pay: from "The annual compensation for this position in NV, NY, WA, CA, CO, CT, NJ, RI, and HI is $28.85/hour based on a full-time schedule." Also mention relocation or cost of living adjustments.
- Schedule: Not explicitly stated; maybe full-time implied. No explicit schedule details. Should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule specifics, so we should omit Schedule.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete pay.
We must not include duplicated lines. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out EEO statements, drug-free company, safety-sensitive repeated, etc. Also remove "Learn More About The Position By Visiting Www.poolcorp.com/mit." maybe considered application instruction? It's a link; but it's not exactly application instruction; but could be considered extra. The instruction: remove application instructions. That line is more like "Learn More About The Position". Might be considered application instruction? Safer to remove it. Also remove "Please note that benefits are subject to change." maybe keep? It's about benefits but it's a note; could keep as part of benefits but it's not substantive? It's a note; but we can keep as part of benefits paragraph.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like 6-months guidance, relocation out of state, etc.
Let's extract substantive content:
