Warehouse Operations Management Trainee (Massachusetts)
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
- Use - for lists,
for prose
- Do NOT repeat job title as heading
- Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings
- Preserve ALL substantive information
- Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions
- Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it
- Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text
- Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them
- Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences
Let me map the content to appropriate sections:
1. "Who Are We?" -> Could be "About the Company" or similar, but the rules mention specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Who Are We?" is company description, not exactly "About the role". Might fit "About the Company" but not in the listed headings. However, the rules say "e.g." so we can use other relevant headings. But the instruction says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should prefer those. However, "Who Are We?" is substantive company info. I'll include it as "About the Company" or "Company Overview". But the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine with "What We Offer" into a "Benefits" section? Actually "What We Offer" includes benefits, growth, learning, community, safety, stability. That's benefits and culture. The later part also has detailed benefits. So we can have a "Benefits" section.
2. "Job Summary" -> "About the Role" (since it's a summary of the role)
3. "What You Will Do" -> "Responsibilities"
4. "What We Are Looking For" -> "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The rules list both "Requirements" and "Qualifications". Could use "Qualifications" for education/experience, "Requirements" for other must-haves. But the posting has a list of bullet points. I'll use "Qualifications" for the degree and experience, and maybe "Requirements" for the other abilities? But the heading "What We Are Looking For" encompasses both. I'll use "Qualifications" as the heading.
5. "Learn More About The Position..." includes benefits details, compensation (pay), and legal boilerplate. We need to extract substantive info: benefits details (medical, dental, vision, etc.), compensation (hourly rate for Massachusetts), and maybe schedule? It says "based on a full-time schedule". That's schedule info. Also relocation and travel. But the rules: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting does state compensation (hourly rate) and benefits details. So we can have "Benefits" and "Pay" sections. Schedule: "full-time schedule" mentioned, but not detailed. Could include in Pay or separate. The rules say "Schedule" as example heading. Might include if there's specific schedule info. The posting says "based on a full-time schedule" and "Ability to travel 25% of the time". That's travel, not schedule. Could include in "Requirements" or "Qualifications". I'll include travel in qualifications.
Also, there is duplicated EEO statement and safety-sensitive note. Remove boilerplate.
Now, let's structure:
- About the Company (from Who Are We?)
- Benefits (from What We Offer and the later benefits details)
- About the Role (Job Summary)
- Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Qualifications (What We Are Looking For)
- Pay (compensation for Massachusetts)
- Maybe Schedule? Not much.
But the rules: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is "Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program". Not in the content as a heading, but we shouldn't add it.
Now, I need to output HTML fragment with and - or
.

Also the EEO statement: "POOLCORP is an Equal Opportunity Employer – By Choice..." remove.
