About the role

Join our dynamic team at Triad1828 Centre! We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Camden, NJ. Our center provides comprehensive support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and personal care
• Facilitate social interactions and community integration
• Support the implementation of individualized service plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NJ Driver’s License
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Passing background check
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and support services

Skills

• Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
