Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Participate in scheduled activities and outings
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Document resident progress and communicate with staff and families
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
- Passion for making a difference in people's lives
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification (preferred)
