About the role
Ikigai Cases is a fast-growing ecommerce brand manufacturing aerospace-grade aluminum pill cases. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers after their father's neurological diagnosis led them to discovering the issues with plastic pill organizers, we've built a multi-million dollar business in just over four years with a team of 25 across the globe. Our mission is simple: make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Whatever the business needs, including:
- Packing customer orders alongside the founders from our warehouse in Alexandria, VA
- Tracking and managing inventory / supply levels
- Using laser and cnc engraving machines to personalize orders (you will be trained up, no previous experience required)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a pick and pack order setting
- Expecting to work hard
- Able to learn quickly
- Low ego -> willing do whatever is needed to get the job done
- High-energy individual
- Looking for responsibility and direct access to founders in a high-growth company
Qualifications
We require:
- Minimum of 2 years of full time pick and pack experience
- Located in Alexandria, VA or nearby in DC, Maryland area
- Expecting to work 40 hours per week in-person

Pay
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year + performance based bonuses.
Schedule
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week in-person.
