Schedule
- Case Selectors: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM start
- Forklift Operators: Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 PM or 12:00 AM start
- Warehouse Loaders: Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 PM start
- Warehouse Receivers: Sunday - Thursday, 12:00 AM start

Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance in accordance with company policies
- Uphold safe work practices in the warehouse, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your team
- Safeguard confidential company information
- Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately
- Build pallets within the warehouse to meet customer guidelines
- Maintain production standards while minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency
- Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as requested
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- RF Scanner experience required
Qualifications by Role
- Case Selectors: No equipment experience required—we will train the right candidate.
- Forklift Operators: Experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Truck required.
- Warehouse Loaders: Dock Stocker experience preferred; EPJ experience helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Warehouse Receivers: Clamp Truck experience preferred; EPJ experience helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Additional Skills & Aptitude
- At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment is preferred
- At least one year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.
- Strong communication skills with internal customers and management, fostering collaboration
- Ability to follow safe warehouse working practices as instructed, supporting a culture of safety
- Ability to efficiently work independently while maintaining a commitment to team success
- Preferred experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) and other systems to track performance
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, and sit at times in the warehouse
- Subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm (Freezer: -10°F, Refrigerator: 25-35°F)
- Exposed to outside weather conditions
- Noise levels in the warehouse are typically low to moderate
Pay
- Starting Pay: $21.80/hour
- Premium Pay Opportunities:
- Freezer: +$2.00/hour
- Cooler: +$0.50/hour
- Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour (hours worked between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Growth Opportunity: Increase to $24.40/hour after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
