Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

The Dixon Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support smooth operations at their facility in Pewaukee, WI. This position involves unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking inventory, operating forklifts, and contributing to light assembly and kitting projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials while maintaining accurate inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with care and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Perform regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
• Assemble and kit products according to work orders and production schedules

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training a plus
• Forklift certification preferred (training provided)
• A strong sense of urgency and flexibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Able to read instructions, follow documentation, and apply basic math skills

Pay

$20-$23 per hour

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
