About the Role
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support shipping and/or receiving functions within our warehouse, performing duties in a timely manner while maintaining inventory, observing safety regulations, and ensuring the efficient flow of product.
Responsibilities
- Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, breaking down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
- Maintains warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers by performing general housekeeping duties.
- Ensures work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions immediately.
- Performs daily safety checks of assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
- Conducts damage control checks on received items and contacts supervisor about removing damaged items per company policy.
- Removes and replaces batteries requiring recharging and completes vehicle inspection checklists.
- Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
- Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations.
- Wears all required Personal Proteive Equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
- Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
- Secures all equipment and completes necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to 60-90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
- Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
- Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay
$15.00 - $20.00/hour (will be discussed further in an interview).
Schedule
Sunday - Thursday. Times will vary based on position.
