Responsibilities
- Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Load outbound trailers with Uline product for our customers.
- Perform duties with high energy and commitment every day.
- For Warehouse Management Trainee: Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
- Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
- Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Warehouse Associate).
- Bachelor’s degree (Warehouse Management Trainee).
- Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.
- Comfortable working on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment (Management Trainee).
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask (Management Trainee).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail (Management Trainee).
Pay
- Warehouse Associate:
- Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM): $26 - $32/hour
- Mid Shift (Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM): $28 - $34/hour
- Overnight Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM - 5:30 AM): $30 - $36/hour
- Warehouse Management Trainee - Nights: $32 - $36/hour (includes $4 shift differential)
Overtime opportunities available on all shifts.
Schedule
- Warehouse Associate:
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM
- Mid Shift: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM
- Overnight Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM - 5:30 AM
- Warehouse Management Trainee - Nights: Sunday - Thursday, 7 PM - 3:30 AM
Consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities available.
