Pay
Warehouse Associate pay ranges:
- Day Shift: $26 - $32/hour
- Mid Shift: $28 - $34/hour
- Overnight Shift: $30 - $36/hour
Warehouse Management Trainee: $32 to $36 per hour (includes $4 shift differential).
Schedule
Warehouse Associate shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM
- Mid Shift: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM
- Overnight Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM - 5:30 AM
Overtime opportunities available on all shifts.
Warehouse Management Trainee: Sunday - Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM
Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate:
- Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Load outbound trailers with Uline product for customers.
- Perform physically demanding tasks daily.
Warehouse Management Trainee:
- Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
- Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
- Develop warehouse management skills to uphold accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing environment.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during job rotations.
Requirements
Warehouse Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
- Comfort working on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
Warehouse Management Trainee:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, and strong attention to detail.
