The Warehouse & Materials Coordinator supports warehouse and production operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, movement, and documentation of materials and finished goods. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
The Warehouse & Materials Coordinator works closely with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure materials are available when needed and that inventory transactions are accurately recorded within the company’s ERP system.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and move raw materials, supplies, and finished goods within designated warehouse and production areas.
- Transport materials safely using approved equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and other material handling tools.
- Accurately enter and process inventory transactions in the ERP system including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or material shortages to supervisors or appropriate departments.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of commonly used warehouse supplies.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure materials are handled and stored properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 6S and company safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures, including applicable GMP guidelines where required.
- Perform additional warehouse or materials-related duties assigned to support operational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, inventory control, or a related field.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification required.
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay
$23.50/hour.
