Job Summary

Hours: 8pm - 6:30am Monday - Thursday
Department: Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders, including scanning bar codes, labeling boxes, picking product, and preparing packages for shipment.
• Palletizing, which includes scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Re-palletizing products for shipment.
• May be responsible for dock manifest duties such as scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrapper.
• May operate the ground/manual manifest station.
• May transport pallets using material handling equipment.
• Ensuring all assigned duties are completed promptly according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Maintaining an acceptable work area in compliance with Quality System Regulations (QSR).
• Fulfilling Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Adhering to safety protocols to maintain safe working conditions and prevent injuries and illnesses.
• Regular and reliable attendance at work.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and RF scanner.
• Basic analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of general distribution and QSR knowledge.

Education and/or Experience

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Language Skills

• Good communication skills.

Mathematical Skills

• Basic math skills are required.
