Join a leading beverage company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of PepsiCo brands across Tanzania, and be part of a dynamic team driving operational excellence across our warehouses and primary transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HO warehouses to PepsiCo standards, ensuring adherence to bin cards, FEFO, and housekeeping protocols.
• Control expiries, shortages, damages, and pilferages.
• Run cycle counts and handle audit queries efficiently.
• Track pending orders with various vendors and place orders in a timely manner to maintain proper inventory days cover.
• Lead teams and build SOPs by training and rotating staff, setting clear accountabilities, and designing standard operating procedures for each warehouse.
• Arrange direct movement from vendor plants to cut multiple handling.
• Clear Goods In Transit on time.
• Review inventory levels for re‑ordering.
• Flag dead and slow‑moving stock.
• Reconcile glass with Kioo on time.
