About the role

Responsible for managing warehouse daily affairs, personnel, receiving and shipping, material shortage management, inventory alignment, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse daily affairs and personnel
• Oversee warehouse receiving and shipping, and ensure shipment order fulfillment
• Handle material shortages and maintain inventory alignment with business needs
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure on-time shipment fulfillment and adherence to safety protocols
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce handling time and costs
• Ensure timely receiving and preparation of materials for dispatch, and manage logistics delivery according to order requirements
• Maintain inventory in accordance with FIFO principles and conduct regular checks to ensure records match physical stock
• Communicate and handle abnormal situations internally and externally
• Optimize processes and establish safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Warehousing and Logistics, Business Administration, or Economics
• At least 1 year of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with knowledge of supply chain operations

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP/ERP/WMS systems
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
