About the role

Join us as a Warehouse Engineer and make a tangible impact on operational excellence. You'll design strategies that improve safety, efficiency, and productivity while leading initiatives that transform how we work.

Responsibilities

What will you do? Design and implement strategies to meet health, safety, environmental, quality, and productivity targets. Develop work instructions, train warehouse staff, and champion continuous improvement projects. Optimize storage capacity and establish service level agreements with suppliers for seamless logistics. Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance material flow and overall warehouse efficiency. Other responsibilities include subassembly continuous improvement projects, offsite WH management, equipment maintenance, production and CX tools maintenance and ordering, and scrap continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex operational challenges, a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, a self-starter who identifies improvement opportunities and drives them to completion, and effective communication skills to translate technical details into actionable insights.

Pay

The expected pay range for this U.S. based position is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives.
