Job Title
The Part-Time Operations Administrative Assistant
About the Role
This position supports the Warehouse and Maintenance teams at Legends, combining administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth workflow and organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
- Coordinate scheduling for warehouse and maintenance teams
- Aid in payroll tracking and related administrative tasks
- Support event day check-in processes
- Collect and process invoices for submission and tracking
- Take notes during maintenance calls and assist with follow-up actions
- Scan receipts and upload documentation to the shared drive
- Create signage and laminate materials for operational needs
- Organize and track incoming maintenance work orders
- Assist in building and organizing a maintenance request system
- Support Yellow Dog Inventory items during ongoing implementation
- Provide general administrative support for warehouse and maintenance teams
- Assist with additional operational needs as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support multiple team members
- Previous administrative or operations support experience preferred
