Warehouse Loader - Freezer

About the Role

Responsible for loading orders onto trailers for delivery, supporting community feeding efforts. The role requires organization, activity, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Inspect trailers before loading and verify orders using RF handhelds or voice headsets.
• Load and secure pallets to prevent damage, ensuring proper handling of products weighing 1-60 lbs or more.
• Perform equipment inspections and safe lifting practices, often standing, bending, and walking on various surfaces.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience with material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others and supporting community-focused initiatives.
• Ability to follow all safety and operational protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated initiative, productivity, and safety values.
