About the role
Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last‑mile distribution company serving thousands of restaurants nationwide from 25 strategically located centers. QCD associates help move over 37,000 deliveries each week and support the GSF Foundation, contributing to a people‑first culture focused on safety, teamwork, and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
- Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
- Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments
- Move, manage, and deliver products in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment
- Pick orders, stage inventory, and ship orders out on time
- May lead associates and support warehouse team activities
Requirements
- Forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay
Base pay: $26.25 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime pay, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
Schedule
Primarily a 5‑day work week, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Weekend and holiday availability required. Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler/freezer: –5 °F to 38 °F).
