Warehouse Loader

About the role

A Warehouse Loader ensures products are moved within the warehouse safely and efficiently, performing loading and unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift. This role reports to our Chester Springs, PA location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Handle products with care through proper handling and storage
• Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold good housekeeping standards
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move delivery trucks for loading/unloading and perform truck refueling
• Complete administrative tasks as needed (bay mapping, inventory counts, damaged product reporting, and coordinating housekeeping access)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (no major offenses in the last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Must meet physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers and team members
• Warehouse or forklift experience preferred (training available for new associates)

Pay

$22/hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked (paid weekly).

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday (Fridays dependent on business needs). Start time: 7:00 PM until workload is complete.
