Warehouse Loader

Join the Westin Fulfillment Team! Westin Fulfillment is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Loader to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are loaded safely, accurately, and on schedule. Responsibilities

• Load trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
• Organize and stage products for shipment.
• Secure loads to prevent damage during transportation.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily shipping schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to working safely.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule

• Sun-Wed 6am-4:30pm
• Wed-Sat 6am-4:30pm
