Warehouse Lead on Second Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Lead provides day-to-day directions to warehouse teammates to ensure all shipping, receiving, and material handling activities are completed safely, accurately, and on time. This role supports the warehouse supervisor by assigning work, training teammates, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, and material movement
• Lead teammates in completing orders accurately and on schedule to meet customer expectations
• Train and coach warehouse teammates on safety practices, equipment operation, and standard work procedures
• Serve as the on-shift point of contact when the supervisor is unavailable, providing direction and problem-solving support
• Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental policies are followed including PPE,
