Warehouse Lead (Nights)

Anticipated hourly range: $22.30 - $32.00 per hour. Pay is determined by multiple factors including geographical location, relevant education, experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

About the role

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role ensures the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment, serving both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks into the Inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent devices.
• Use the Warehouse Management System to check in products; follow regulations for storing refrigerated or specialty products.
• Store products in warehouse locations using order pickers or other devices.
• Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
• Follow standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities in support of operational objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience (preferred).
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Comfort working at heights of 20-30 ft regularly.

Schedule

• 40 hours weekly, night shift.
• Sunday: 5:30 PM – 5:00 AM or until completion.
• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM or until completion.
• Must work until tasks are completed.
• Days scheduled are subject to change based on operational needs.
