Anticipated hourly range: $22.30 - $32.00 per hour (includes shift differential). Pay is determined by geographical location, relevant education, experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

About the role
Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and demand, supply, and manufacturing planning.
The Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations supports the Warehouse Supervisor by managing inbound or outbound warehouse floor activities to facilitate effective operations. This role directs warehouse staff, coordinates shipment receipts, schedules incoming trucks, delegates tasks, and produces reports on workforce productivity and quality. It also involves communicating with external customers regarding disruptions, delivery updates, and satisfaction.
Schedule
- 40 hours weekly
- Night Shift: Sunday - Monday, 5:30pm - 2:30am; Tuesday - Thursday, 5:30pm - 2:30pm
- Must work until tasks are completed
- Flexibility to work other days or hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Follows standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations to facilitate successful activities.
- Directs workflows on the warehouse floor, including packing, unloading, shipping, and managing delivery schedules.
- Analyzes internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency to identify performance trends.
- Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities with operational objectives.
- Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting using historical and trend analysis to optimize labor utilization.
- Assists in inventory management, stocking, and shipping as necessary.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, preferred
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and stand for the entire shift
- Comfort working at heights of 20-30 ft regularly
