Warehouse Lead/ Data Center - Day Shift

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for shipment to support daily data center logistics operations
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in accordance with training and safety guidelines
• Follow established procedures and work instructions, completing tasks based on priorities set by a lead or supervisor
• Accurately record inventory movements in systems and promptly escalate discrepancies or issues for resolution
• Continuously learn and apply data center logistics processes, tools, and safety expectations in daily tasks
• Maintain inventory accuracy, ensure material readiness, and support audit activities
• Set daily priorities, coordinate team workflows, and resolve complex inventory or process issues
• Drive process improvements to enhance overall operational performance

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience
• A high degree of technical skills and assembling techniques
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow job orders and work procedures
• Ability to:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work outside on occasion
  • Reach (including above your head)
  • Safely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
  • Visually adjust focus, have depth perception and close vision capabilities

Qualifications

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience
• 4 years of experience and proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment
• Availability to travel more than 75% of the time
• Good communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with and support other team members
• Ability to be engaged and productive while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and expectations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
