Warehouse Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Review and plan equipment needs for upcoming events, identifying shortages and coordinating solutions in advance
• Lead accurate pulling, packing, and preparation of all event equipment
• Oversee and complete pre-departure verification to ensure all equipment and supplies are accounted for before events
• Direct the loading and unloading of catering trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transport
• Drive company box trucks to and from event locations as needed
• Manage equipment returns, inspections, cleaning, and restocking
• Maintain accurate inventory and oversee par stock levels for all equipment and supplies
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Lead on-site breakdown operations and ensure all equipment is recovered from events
• Supervise, train, and direct warehouse staff to maintain high standards and accountability

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
• Basic math and record-keeping skills for inventory management
• Valid driver's license required; box truck driving experience preferred

Schedule

Hours vary based on event schedule. Must be available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and peak seasons. Flexibility required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, push, and pull throughout shifts
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
