Key Responsibilities
- Review and plan equipment needs for upcoming events, identifying shortages and coordinating solutions in advance
- Lead accurate pulling, packing, and preparation of all event equipment
- Oversee and complete pre-departure verification to ensure all equipment and supplies are accounted for before events
- Direct the loading and unloading of catering trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transport
- Drive company box trucks to and from event locations as needed
- Manage equipment returns, inspections, cleaning, and restocking
- Maintain accurate inventory and oversee par stock levels for all equipment and supplies
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Lead on-site breakdown operations and ensure all equipment is recovered from events
- Supervise, train, and direct warehouse staff to maintain high standards and accountability
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
- Basic math and record-keeping skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license required; box truck driving experience preferred
Schedule
Hours vary based on event schedule. Must be available for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and peak seasons. Flexibility required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, push, and pull throughout shifts
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
