Warehouse Lead

As an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead, you will play an important part in leading the order fulfillment team on our PM Shift by ensuring the picking, packing, and outbound auditing is processed within client SLAs. You’ll be working with products from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

You will ensure processes are accurately followed and KPIs are met while maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Pay

• Starting pay: $21.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in warehousing/light industrial (experience as a Lead is a plus)
• Must notify current Supervisor/Manager of interest and obtain their approval prior to applying
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
• Must be 18 years or older
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods
  • Climbing ladders/stairs and working in elevated areas
  • Tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of team members
• Lead and delegate a variety of order fulfillment tasks while working within SLA
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecast and direction from the Client Services team
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, tagging, and other general warehouse duties
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Maintain work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
