Warehouse Lead

About the role

Warehouse Lead supporting standard warehouse functions and processes, including order fulfillment, receiving, inventory management, and product returns. This role focuses on training and improving warehouse staff, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with the Vice President of Operations and other departments to meet productivity and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute daily warehouse shipping operations, including fulfilling and shipping customer orders with accuracy in documentation and process.
• Ensure prompt and accurate shipment of products, assisting other warehouse staff as needed.
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.
• Support training for new warehouse staff and execute inventory control and receiving processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts as required.
• Oversee the returns process, ensuring each stage is handled promptly.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate opportunities for warehouse improvement to the VP of Operations.
• Utilize reporting tools to manage shipping and inventory efficiencies.
• Support the creation of processes and documentation for warehouse operations.
• Maintain an 80% Rock completion rate.
• Complete other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse setting.
• Certification to drive a hi-lo (on-the-job certification available).
• Certification to ship Hazmat preferred.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of EOS preferred.

• Ability to bend, stretch, and traverse the warehouse throughout the day.
