Warehouse Lead

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of all transactions.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Cook up with other departments to meet production schedules and deliverables.
• Carry out regular inspections of equipment and warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to inventory discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) and follow safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment and lift heavy items as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
