Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Cooking Lead daily warehouse operations and communicate schedules to the team
• Ensuring safety, housekeeping, and compliance with GMPs
• Verifying inbound/outbound shipments and matching documents to freight
• Managing inventory in SAP, conducting cycle counts, and overseeing month-end inventory
• Operating forklifts safely and training team members on material handling
• Picking orders, building pallets, and managing proper stock rotation (FIFO)
• Loading trucks to prevent damage and optimize load weight
• Training team members on all shipping/receiving processes and equipment

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Shipping & Receiving
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience preferred
• Forklift certification or demonstrated safe operation
• Bilingual skills helpful
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced warehouse and office environments
