JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and unassisted.
- Handle extended periods on your feet, including walking, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Basic computer proficiency, including comfort navigating basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven experience utilizing RF scan guns and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with an emphasis on safe operation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or previous experience leading workflows or peer teams.
- Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and background check.
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Perform all functions outlined for Warehouse Levels I, II, and III while providing ongoing instruction and mentorship.
- Aid in training new and existing team members on standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with warehouse Supervisors and Managers as an aligned leadership team to optimize daily activities.
- Hold associates accountable to set standards, attendance, and company policies while maintaining a safe and proper work environment.
- Accept ownership of the warehouse operations and team direction in the temporary absence of a Supervisor or Manager.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping).
- Receive and process stock products efficiently (unloading, labeling, and storing).
- Utilize RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory control.
- Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while strictly following all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate effective time management and initiative to complete operational tasks without disrupting company culture.
- Communicate at a high level internally with the warehouse team, as well as cross-functionally with other departments.
- Handle administrative floor tasks such as basic data entry, order verification, and log maintenance.
- Perform other associated duties as assigned by management.
