Warehouse Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor warehouse employees to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Resolve issues and conflicts among warehouse staff.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay

• $20-$25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule
