Warehouse Lead

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations by processing inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement and efficient order fulfillment. Prepare shipments, manage packaging and staging, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and monitor stock levels to maintain inventory integrity. Investigate shipment issues, document operational data, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; associate's in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.3+ years experience in warehouse support, inventory control, shipping, or related areas.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, shipment handling, and safety practices.Strong attention to detail, data verification, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to organize workload, support process improvements, and work across shifting priorities.
