Warehouse Lead
At ICONIX Waterworks, we help deliver the infrastructure that keeps communities running. Our products and solutions support clean drinking water, fire protection, stormwater management, and critical utility systems that serve neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and municipalities. From new construction and infrastructure improvements to emergency repairs, our customers rely on us to provide the right products and solutions when they matter most.
About the role
We're seeking a driven, team-focused professional who takes pride in leading warehouse operations, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive the products they need, when they need them. This is more than a warehouse role; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping our team deliver the essential infrastructure we all depend on every day.
You'll lead warehouse operations by coordinating daily activities, supporting your team, and ensuring orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely. In an often fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Success in this role comes from being dependable, responsive, and taking ownership of your work.
During slower periods, you'll look for opportunities to help the team—whether that means maintaining warehouse cleanliness, following up with customers, or stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward.
Experience in construction, utilities, waterworks, industrial distribution, or related fields is a plus, but more important are a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. We're looking for someone eager to build a career in the waterworks and utility industry.
