Warehouse Lead

About the role

Hanes Companies, Inc., a division of Leggett & Platt, is seeking a Warehouse Lead at its Aurora, CO location. This position is part of a diverse supplier, converter, and distributor of industrial materials and services.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Scheduling carriers to pick up freight
• Ensuring every piece of freight is accounted for and tagged
• Ensuring all freight is located in its proper place
• Utilizing warehouse space correctly
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Conforming to all quality/safety requirements and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workplace
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Forklift Certified
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and bar-coded inventory using a RF Scanner
• Cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions
