Warehouse - Lead
About the role
The Warehouse Lead will coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. They will assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time. Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and represent him/her fully in periods of absence. Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model.
Responsibilities
- Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HS Diploma / GED.
- Experience in a Lead role.
- Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
- Prior forklift experience.

- Strong organizational skills.

Schedule
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- Inbound 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm.
- Inbound 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday from 5:00pm to 3:30am.
- Inbound 1st Shift Weekend: Friday - Sunday from 5:00am to 5:00pm.
- Inbound 2nd Shift Weekend: Friday - Sunday from 5:00pm to 5:00am.
